Pecah Rumah!!

Rumah abang ipar aku dipecah masuk last Thursday and the thieves managed to get their hands on his Evo7 and the wife's Swift!! Apart from that, they also took theirs laptop, watches, his wallet and the house keys.. Alhamdulillah no one was hurt!! This happens around 5.30 a.m in the morning. 

Normally, Maya would wake up around that time for her nenen session tapi pagi tu Maya tido lena.. so the only person that was awake at that time was his MIL. Mak dia terdengar bunyi kereta and assume yang abang ipar aku tu keluar pegi kerja awal. Then dia dengar bunyi 2nd car pulak start. Haruslah pelik since no one told her that they are leaving earlier than normal, dengan beraninye mak kak Isma turun nak jenguk through sliding door. Selak-selak langsir, dia nampak sliding door tu terbuka luas and Evo tengah reverse keluar.

Kelam kabut la dia berlari panjat tangga pegi gerak anak dia but it was too late. They call the cops and within 3 minutes polis pun sampai. Rupa-rupanye, ada another house yang kene pecah jugak earlier that morning!! They suspect geng yang sama. In fact, rumah yang a few block away pun pintu dah kene pecah cuma pencuri tu tak sempat nak ambil barang jek!! Polis tu pun make an effort nak mencari, kot-kot boleh jumpa tapi since dah lambat plus nak kejar Evo pulak tu kan.. memang takde harapan la~~

Yang ajaibnye, mamat pencuri tu tak sabar agaknye nak menunjuk yang dia ada Evo.. dia bawak keta tu keluar jalan-jalan dekat Bukit Bintang!! Kebetulan pulak ada sorang geng Evo dia nampak kereta tu and inform geng-geng lain.. so dorang ambush mamat tu dengan polis. Rezeki BIL aku la nak jumpa balik kereta tu although takde harapan nak jumpa swift sebab kereta swift tu standard je... susah sikit orang nak recognize.. Evo dia pulak macam-macam sticker dia tampal so geng-geng dia mesti kenal punya..

Disebabkan dorang sedap belasah mamat tu, now my BIL hidup dalam ketakutan.. in case geng-geng dia datang cari kat rumah.. lagipun they have the house key!! seram!! In case you are wondering, BIL aku dok kat bukit serdang.. sesiapa yang duk kat sana.. beware!! banyak dah orang jadi mangsa malaun-malaun nih

Kesimpulannya, do not leave you valuable item lying around in your living room!! My BIL letak all his keys, wallet and watches in the drawer near the door. Kalau kene pecah masuk memang senang-senang jek orang nak ambik! 

For those yang ada sliding door, pegi la letak kayu or lock for the sliding door so kalau ada orang nak break in they will have to break the glass. Sah-sah dorang fikir dua kali!! This includes me cause my house have 2 sliding door. I'm living in fear ok, especially when en hubby is not around.. sob sob sob

p/s: tiba-tiba rasa nak spray sport rim kaler kuning.. huhuhu kasi lain dari lain... amacam cun tak??

Hong Kong Day 1

Our plan for the first day was to explore Kowloon on foot!! Ambitious.. Especially with a 4 months old baby on board huhu..


The first destination was Avenue of Star along the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade. Dalam 15 min je dari hotel penginapan kami. You can find Hong Kong star's handprints, plaques, sculptures here. Among the stars are Bruce Lee, Michelle Yeoh, Stephen Chow and Aaron Kwok. Tak jumpa pulak Ekin Cheng handprint or plaques :( My all time fave HK hero!! You could also enjoy the paranomic views of the harbour and Hong Kong famous skyline!

Next we walked to the clock tower (one of the oldest landmark in Hong Kong) that was just a few minutes away.. Tak sure pulak kenapa clock tower ni jadi tourist attraction.. takkan sebab it was one of the oldest and has witness many historical event..?? Kebetulan pulak masa kami sampai ada event for Youth Band Marathon. Sempat la layan kejap, tengok budak-budak menari. 

Love the colorful shoes!! Everywhere I go, I see people wearing them!! Too bad I don't wear sports shoe except for working out.. sigh~

Dah penat berjalan, kami singgah di Harbour City. For those yang ada baby, haruslah rambang mata kat sini. On the ground floor, you can find all those high end brand for babies. Burberry, Dior.. you name it!! Aku yang takde anak ni pun cam nak giler tengok kasut baby Dior cantik bangat! Sebab perut sudah berkeroncong and Na pegi mengepam, aku ajak Maliki masuk KFC.. hohoho selamba?? I don't eat the chicken obviously but since they do not serve pork, we bought marsh potatoes and fries.. Chili dia import from Malaysia jugak hahahah!

Next stop was Kowloon Park. We didn't actually explore the whole park. In fact, cik abangku yang tersenyum riang in below picture just sat at the entrance waiting for me to snap a few pictures before heading to Kowloon Mosque! There were hundreds of Indonesian hanging out near and inside the mosque. Rupanya diaorang ni jual makanan dekat pathway in between the park and mosque. Dalam masjid tu pun diaorang ada berjual beli on the ground floor. Pening aku tengok orang ramai-ramai. Pastu semua dok stare semacam, maybe sebab aku tak bertudung kot. Yang menariknye, dorang ni berkumpul siap berzanji bagai. Sangat menarik cause we don't usually see this here in Malaysia. Cuma sedikit menganggu, susah giler aku nak focus sebab aku cam nak join dorang berzanji sekali.. huhuhu

Lepas solat, we were approached by a guy offering us halal food. Since everyone was hungry we just follow the guy. The place is quite scary I tell you!! The restaurant is inside an old building on the 2nd floor. It was a rented house turned into a private restaurant and it was locked from the inside. Macam rumah urut haram yang aku tengok dalam 999 jek!

We have to carry Aqilah's stroller up and down the stairs as some of the station do not have any escalator or lift!! pffttt~~!! Satu lagi, you won't find any ladies or gents in the MTR station!! Tension gua~

With a full stomach, we head to Ladies Market in Mongkok. Rambang mata. You can find almost everything here from handbags to clothes, shoes, lingerie and other household item! Just remember to bargain cause they normally put a really high price tag! Since nanti nak datang lagi with cik Metot, kami tak stay lama pun kat sini. Tambah pulak si Maliki plan nak pegi Temple Street Market pulak. Katanya from previous experience, they have lots of painting there. Woweeee!!!

Lebih kurang pukul 10pm, kami gerak ke hotel. Since Temple Street Market is just one stop away from the hotel, we decided to walk home. Fuh.. with full bladder and throbbing feet, aku gagahkan jugak. On the way tu, banyak giler kedai Bonjour! Curious jugak, walaupun dah separuh mati kami singgah jugak dengan alasan nak beli sabun.. kikiki Rupa-rupanye dia cam Sasa jugak selling parfum and cosmetic items. 

Sampai jek hotel, terus mandi manda, solat dan masak maggi!! fuh sedap~~

Hong Kong Adventure~~

Our HK adventures starts with a quick stop at Chawanna’s condo before continuing to KL Sentral. Untuk memudahkan perjalanan ke KLIA, kami check in at the MAS counter in Sentral. Bagus betul dia sediakan kaunter ni kat sini, tak perlu nak seret bag besar naik ERL!! Senang sikit nak meronda2 di KLIA nanti. To check in at the counter in Sentral, make sure you have at least 2 hours before departure. 

Nasib kami agak malang sbb we do not have individual screen for their in-flight entertainment, so terpaksa la tengok apa je cerita yang dibuka.  Screen dah la sekecik-kecik alam. So layankan je la citer Legendary, nasib John  Cena tu boleh tahan macho jugak!!  After dinner, aku gi la toilet even though the seat belt light is on.. dlm toilet tiba-tiba aku dengar orang jerit-jerit kat luar. Cuak sekejap, bila aku keluar jek.. depan pintu aku tu ada sorang mamat cina ni tengah terduduk atas lantai with one stewardess dok assist dia. Rupa-rupanye mamat tu jatuh tersembam on the way to the toilet!! Drama betul! 
We reached HK around 10.30pm. Tengah kecoh-kecoh orang berebut keluar, Na pulak tersedar uncle sebelah dia tu dropped his specs. So aku and maliki dengan baik hati pegi kejar uncle tu. Giler jauh jugak kami berlari nak cari uncle tu. Macam drama I tell you!! Berlari-lari kat airport nak kejar orang.. Dalam drama selalu scene perempuan or lelaki dok terkejar2 kekasih masing-masing. In real life, kami dok kejar-kejar uncle tua pulak. Hish, potong stim!
Keluar je dari Terminal 1 tu, terkial-kial nak cari Octopus card counter. Pelik bila most security guard in the terminal couldn’t understand us when we asked them where to get the Octopus card. Octopus card ni cost us HKD150, fungsi dia sama macam touch n go cuma dia lagi hebat since it can be use in 7-e, any restaurant, vending machine and even in Disneyland!! Last-last kami pegi towards the express train station and found a ticket counter. Nasib baik the bus terminal is on the same route!!  
We took the A21 airport shuttle. It’s a double decker bus, with a designated area for luggage with free Wi-Fi!! Weeeee!! Since I do not have international roaming on my phone, I rely on free Wi-Fi to update my maps and track where we are. Stupid Maxis charged RM300 to activate international roaming. Sangat vudus! 
Direction from hotel tu cakap boleh turun at the 12th or 13th stop, so kami assume the hotel is in the middle. So kami decide turun kat 12th stop sebab rugi jek nak patah2 balik nanti. Sekali both stops are before the hotel. Berjalan la kami kat tengah orang ramai tu mengusung bag yang besar giler. Semua orang dok stare! Nasib baik banyak Wi-Fi free kat situ, so berguna jugaklah maps dalam iphone tu! Excited giler rasa sebab Hong Kong still hidup walaupun dah almost 12pm!! 

Sampai je hotel, semangat macam hilang siktt tengok hotel dia yang macam flat usang kat bulatan Pahang tu.. hahahah tergelak2 aku ngan maliki tengok hotel tu. Lif sempit giler, macam ikan sardin kami duduk dalam lif dengan bag2 and stroller Aqilah. Bilik kecik giler, muat2 dua single bed je dalam tu. Terpaksa rapatkan katil untuk solat kakaka~~ harga boleh tahan mahal jugak, tp dalam bilik tu ada katil, aircond and tv jek!! Towel dia siap ada lobang-lobang lagi.. jadi lapik kaki jek la~~ hahaha
Malam first tido nyenyak sebab penat sangat, semoga hari-hari berikutnye boleh tido nyenyak camni lagi.. amin!!

Our adventure has ended tonight!!! HK, Shenzen & Macau semuanye sudah ditawan!! Aaa sedihnye!! I don't want to go back to work!!!!!

P/s: Tak berjaya jugak abiskan HKD nih... Borong coklat kat airport la nampaknye..

Day Three~~

Kaki lebam-lebam, if we continue to walk non-stop today.. Confirm patah kaki gua!!

Travelholic unggul kita kecundang on day 3, sbb mini travelholic is a bit moody yesterday... Kahkahkah...

BALI - Day 2 (15-10-10)

Day 2 - started at early morning where we have to reach Sanur by 10am to watch the cultural dance - The Barong and Kris Dance. This popular cultural dance took place at Desa Budaya Kertalangu, located up north from Kuta. The show has 4 main scenes and quite interesting eventhough it was not really understandable for all of us - especially me! I went to the front of the stage and took lots of photos and not really concerned on what's happened on the stage, hahaha!

Next, we travelled further up north headed to Bedugul and stopped for lunch. The buffet style lunch at one of the unknown restaurant was nice where the dishes include Sate Lilit and Bana Fritters with Vanila Dip Sauce, nice! We then off to see Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, one of the famous temple in Bali. The image of the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple can be seen at the back of Rupiah 50,000 note. UNFORTUNATELY during the visit, the temple had an ongoing renovation. Although it's still open to public, the view for photo shooting was not nice with all the bamboo scaffolding, damn! BUT (there is more and more BUT!), after taking photos and walked to till the end, the weather turned chilly and foggy and after few minutes, the place was very breathtaking!

Our next stop was Tanah Lot, (which actually sounds 'Tanah Laut'), the place for sight seeing, sunset photography, and last but not least is SHOPPING! Sunset was not on our side that eve but I just snapped and snapped and snapped and then went for Shopping! Me and Suhaimi went hunting for the nicest and the most creative painting they have. We went from shop to shop bargaining for the best and lowest price they can offer. As time is running out, I ended up buying 1 painting with the price of 350,000 Rupiah! The painting is really awesome with the colors and acrylic dots which make it really artistic!

Dinner time, we headed to Pondok Tempo Doeloe (Pondok Tempo Dulu) back in Kuta. The place was great and the dishes were...SUPER! With at least 3 dishes of fish (deep fried, sweet sour & soup), lamb and chicken, potatoes with nasi himpit and the humble and unforgettable sambal belacan - this place ROCKS! and rated 2 thumbs up from most of us.

After dinner, the guys planned to head up to Kuta town for night life experience but...the night was blessed by heavy rain c/w lightning and thunder! So, I went up and zzzZZzZZZzzzzzz......

Uniqlo menghampakan~!

since weekend hari tu kitaorg mengikut jejak langkah na untuk pulang ke kampung, tak dapat la nak menerjah Uniqlo yang baru buka tu although dah excited sebab ada RM60 coupon untuk membeli belah..  so terpaksa la tunggu hari ahad.. hari ahad tu sampai KL dalam pukul 5 lebih. lepas hantar2 barang, kami pun terus ke Sg Wang sebab nak tukar duit.. duit HK kat most tempat dah abis, kalau ada pun tinggal note besar je.. so amik kau.. aku ada note 1000 jek.. tatau le macam mana.. cik abg decide taknak tukar dulu.. kononnye nak try g midvalley friday ni!! gamble la kan.. kalau abis melalak la dia~


then dah siap tukar duit tu, kitaorg pun menapak la ke uniqlo!! excited sbb masa kat sg wang terserempak ngn ramai giler orang yang dok menjinjing bag uniqlo!! best la shopping gamaknye... sampai2 jek kat depan depan gate tu, ada bodyguard tahan tak kasi masuk!! rupa-rupanye, queue to end pukul 7pm. lepas 7pm, semua org tak boleh masuk!! boleh tak?? kat promo2 semua takde pun sebut pasal ni?? yang aku tau dorg memang ada pasang gate so semua customer kene queue berjela-jela panjangnye sebelum boleh melangkah masuk! hampa betul.. terus patah balik and cari makan dekat area2 rumah jugak.. nampak gayanye, burn je la voucher tu.. penat aku main game dorang nak dapatkan voucher tu..

the first time i heard of this brand was when i was in the UK.. then honey went to Japan and bought 2 shirts from Uniqlo for me.. Now Uniqlo, Japan's number one fashion brand will be opening its first store in Bukit Bintang!! Woohooo.. The grand opening will be on the 4th November 2010,.. OMG that's today!!

I have joined this community about a month ago and till today i have yet to receive any assignment!! why oh why!! cik metot tu dah 2-3 assignment dah dia dapat!! dang!!

If you go through their FAQ section, to receive assignment you have to first authorize your Twitter or FB account. That's it!! I've done all that and still i have no assignment.. It's really frustrating to read all those churps!! At least with Nuffnang, you can see the ads in your blog during the peak hour and you get paid based on number of click generated from your blog.. Churp churp?? erm.... how am i going to earn when i do even receive any assignment?? 

I might not have lots of followers in Twitter but i do have lots of friend in FB!!
